My mission is to help people feel confident and comfortable with technology. I focus on fixing what you have, not selling you something new, and teaching you how to prevent future tech problems. I want everyone, from tech beginners to experts, to feel empowered to use technology effectively. This includes software problems too.
I believe in empowering people to understand and manage their own technology. I prioritize clear communication and building trust with my clients. I value honesty and transparency in all my interactions.
Just a heads up, while I can assist folks with Windows and Android, I’m an Apple expert. I've been using Apple Products for over 30 years, personally and all through my career.

I helped an elderly widowed client get a case against her thrown out of court. I helped her contact no less than 10 financial institutions and get her data from 7 years back We contacted each institution on speaker phone and worked together through the tech difficulties. The data we complied shut the case down,. I am very proud of that.
You bet! I specifically encourage people who are less experienced with technology ("tech luddites") to reach out. I understand that technology can be intimidating. I try to make my services as comfortable and approachable as possible.
